Shipping / Delivery Info

Delivery lead times:

  • Bespoke Kit

With regards to bespoke team items, we will be in correspondence with you regarding delivery and shipping options.  Lead times are on average 4/5 weeks from agreed design and placement of order plus approx 10 days shipping.  Although in our busier times this maybe longer.

  • Embroidery / Screen Printed Items

We estimate a week to 10 days from receipt of agreed logo layouts and payment.

  • Non-Branded Clothing

We estimate 3/5 days from placement of order

  • Equipment

On occasion we use a 3rd party for direct delivery, however your order is with ourselves and all correspondence should remain with Baller Sports.  Your Consumer Rights are unaffected by this.

  • Multi-Purchases

We do not aim to make any money from our postage, therefore if you prefer to place a bulk order for a number of team members on various items please contact us directly and we can hopefully deliver all items in one parcel to a central address and avoid excess delivery charges.

If an item is out of stock or there is a problem you will be notified within two working days & asked if you wish to cancel,  wait until supplies become available or wish to consider an alternative product.

Delivery times cannot be fixed and will be anytime between 8am and 6pm (Mon to Sat)

Every effort is made to expedite delivery, but delivery times are not guaranteed

We deliver to addresses with a valid UK postcode.  We do not deliver to addresses outside the UK, except by special arrangement so feel free to contact us by email for details. 

Missing or damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
