Returns / Refunds / Policies

Production

It is the customers responsibility to obtain authorisation to re-produce logos and designs, upon design instruction and invoice payment Baller Sports have assumed that this has been completed by the customer.   

 

Without prior permission Baller Sports retain the right to utilise any design produced by their design team for promotion and duplication without the inclusion of previous full club name unless  prior agreement has been made before commencement of the design process. 

Faulty Goods
All products are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Please inform us of the fault in writing by email. 


For fault notifications, we require the item to be returned to us for inspection. Whilst we ask the customer to pay for this postage cost and obtain proof of posting, where it is confirmed that the item is faulty this cost will be refunded in full.

 

Personalised / Club Items (Bespoke / Individually Branded Items)

If the garments are personalised with any specific names or club designs or are of a bespoke design to the customer, we regret that we are unable to accept returns unless the items are faulty.

Returning An Item
Where a return has been authorised, you (the customer) are responsible for the initial cost and safe return of any unwanted (within stipulated timescales) or faulty goods. Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return. You must take reasonable care of the item and must return it, and all packaging and accessories, in original condition.

 

After we receive the item plus all packaging and accessories in original condition, we will refund the purchase price of the item, as soon as possible and within not more than 14 days. Original Delivery (to the customer) charges are not refundable. Where an item is faulty the cost of return postage will be refunded in full.

The consumer shall not be entitled to a full refund of the product purchase price if he/she does not take reasonable care of the Goods while the Goods remain in the possession of the consumer. For the purposes of this clause, a consumer shall be deemed not to have taken reasonable care of the Goods if such Goods are not returned to Baller Sports in their original packaging, with all accessories, or if the Goods or the internal or external packaging is defaced or damaged in any way. 

Baller Sports cannot, & does not, in any way attempt to warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose. It is your responsibility to carefully check specifications, sizes and compatibility before ordering. If you are unsure of the size, suitability or compatibility of an item, please contact us before placing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are purchasing the correct product. 

Goods purchased from Baller Sports are not sold on a trial basis. In accordance with Distance selling regulations, Customers are able to request return of an unwanted item within 14 days from receipt of the item (with the exception of bespoke or individually branded items). 

Please note that all returns are subject to our Terms and Conditions, but these do not affect your statutory rights
